Our Services

  • We work with state agencies and school districts to launch GYO programs for aspiring educators in partnership with EPPs.

We have worked with 60+ districts and 14 EPPs to provide a free pathway to teaching for 670+ participants. The average cost per participant to earn their bachelor’s or master’s degree was under $10,000 per participant.

  • We help states and school districts to have more flexibility in staffing and address the most common critical shortages areas by offering free additional endorsements in SPED or ESL (other subjects can be available) to current educators.

Teachers who have a SPED endorsement have higher retention rates regardless of what they are assigned to teach. Additional endorsements provide more tools in the toolkit for teachers and are more useful than professional development.

We will support states and districts to identify the right provider for them, at an affordable rate using already available funding.

Our past work led to over 5,000 educators earning endorsements in these two content areas for free.

  • When superintendents have a principal opening, they should be able to select the most effective candidate and not be limited to only those who have an administrator’s license.

Too many times the best teacher can’t afford to take out more loans to earn their master’s degree in order to become a principal.

We help state agencies and school districts to offer free master’s degrees in school leadership to participants so the right instructional leader can fill a future vacancy.

Our past work includes the launch of an Aspiring Assistant Principals Network and Diverse Leaders Network with over 100+ districts participating leading to over 400 participants earning their master’s degree in school leadership for free.

  • In November 2021, the U.S. Department of Labor approved the “K-12 teacher” occupation as eligible for apprenticeship based on an application co-written (with Jean Luna and Tyra Copas) by our founder.

This means any state in the country can launch their own teacher apprenticeship program since the occupation is now federally recognized.
